Job Description


Your contribution to something big:

As a Human Resources Business Partner in Bosch Thermotechnology you will advise and support managers, associates and business areas, within your area of responsibility, regarding strategic HR matters and act as a sparring partner for the leadership. For that you will act on:

  • Strategic HR topics: Be part of the site strategy implementation, by providing a human resources development strategy, deployment of key processes, consulting support and implementing appropriate HR measures;
  • Leadership Development: Develop our leadership through the application of leadership development tools and coaching;
  • Associates Support: Serve as a primary contact to assist employees in resolving issues and grievances;
  • Career Development: Identify associates' potential, by assuring the organizational mapping and proactively define development measures;
  • Organization Development: Advise and recommend solutions for complex problems related with organizational structure, support organization design activities to streamline and implement new organization structures, roles and/or processes that create speed, efficiency and support;
  • Benefits Strategy: support and drive compensation topics and rewarding programs;
  • HR Business Intelligence: define and execute HR data analysis that are strategic for decisions related with Talent;
  • Employer Branding and Talent Acquisiton Strategy: support the company growth by defining Employer Branding Strategies and implementing Talent Acquisition activities.

Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

  • Degree or Master in Business and Administration, Psychology, Sociology or HR Management;
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferable in an international company;
  • Ability to quickly understand business drivers and cultural/organizational dynamics;
  • High degree of personal and professional credibility, including responsiveness, business focus, integrity, sound judgment, and ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands;
  • Flexibility to feel comfortable to skip from operational daily business, to being part of deeply complex strategy discussions;
  • Ability to influence through relationship building, and to manage a complex set of stakeholders;
  • Analytical skills and problem solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, understand trends, and to develop recommendations for action based on the analysis;
  • Costumer orientation with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs;
  • Knowledge in international assignments in order to support the associates;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
